Heelwork to Music is a highly enjoyable and motivational canine activity which can also have a beneficial effect on other areas of your training as it increases your dog’s focus on you – helping in Obedience Class, competitions, Agility, K9 Multisport etc.
You will find that there are so many elements you can tailor to your own dog’s abilities and also to your own preferences which makes Heelwork to Music a fantastically personal way to train. There is no set criteria on the content you include for training or competition which means dogs are only limited by what have been learning and owners are only limited by their imagination!
Involving Heelwork Positions (there are 8 basic positions!!), poses, actions, transitions and a chance to create something fun with your dog.

One-off sessions run throughout the year for all levels. We are also able to come to other clubs to deliver HTM training from Introduction upwards – just message us to enquire!
Our next HTM Training is part of our Halloween and Autumn Fun Training which is a mix of Heelwork to Music, Tricks and Canine Parkour! Check out the information here: https://calendly.com/dogtrainingessexsuffolk/halloween-tricks
We also are lucky to be able to host Richard Curtis for Heelwork to Music training days once or twice a year – these sessions run 10am-4pm and cater for beginners through to advanced as well as dogs competing in HTM.
